Commitment to Lifestyle Interventions: Our care model is rooted in proactive, lifestyle-centered healing. We ask that all patients come prepared to engage in these interventions as part of their care plan.
Establishing Care Fee and Membership Tiers: The one-time establishing care fee provides 30 days of unlimited access to visits, messaging, and clinical support. After that initial period, you may continue care by selecting one of our available tiers, 3-month, 6-month, or ongoing membership options designed to meet your needs for continuity, accountability, and healing.
